You are invited to enter the 2003 International Digital Art Awards (IDAA).

The IDAA features both online and hard copy international touring exhibition in Australia, USA and Russia (other locations TBA). The IDAA exhibition will also be published in Digital Photography and Design magazine. Top 5 artists will also receive profiles in Dimi magazine. The major award is the Laurence Gartel Award for Excellence. Over 2,000 images received last year and more than 1.4 million people visited the online exhibition at World Digital Art.com.

The IDAA seeks to present digital works by artists who represent art par excellance to a global community. More than 35,000 members consisting of art professionals, media, academics, art museums and galleries support the IDAA - At the very least this is an excellent branding opportunity for artist seeking to promote their work.

TO ENTER SIMPLY SEND:

1. Up to 3 images - file format JPG @ 72 dpi and 100kb maximum file size.
2. Please include your name and a short artists statement (300 words max)
3. Nominate the most appropriate category eg. Photo-manipulation, Fractal, 3D, mixed media etc...

The IDAA is FREE ENTRY open award (and invitational by the executive) to all art professionals.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
The IDAA has taken on a new partner Dimi (Digital Image Makers International) who will assist in the direction and day to day running of the IDAA.

What is Dimi:
Digital ImageMakers International is the organization for all Professional and Amateur Digital ImageMakers, working in all mediums. DIMI offers a monthly online magazine, comprehensive web site content and services, an annual award and exhibition and professional certification and degree programs. Go to www.dimagemaker.com. A new structure has been put in place consisting of an Executive committee who will oversee the running of the IDAA.
