"I was born in Bayonne (France) in 1949.
"I have been interested in signs, calligraphies, alphabets and painting for a long time. I have created my own calligraphy , a wordless calligraphy. It is wordless because everyone can bring his own meaning, his own feelings to my "words", just as one listens to music. It is a music for the eyes.
"I have found new tools in computer art. It is different from traditional brushes, ink-sticks and papers. It is a different world to explore. New lights, new colours, new effects, a brand new language to create.
"I use computer tools to create my written paintings, but sometimes, the result looks too cold, too technical: the artist's soul is missing (I think it is a danger with computer art: it is too quick, too easy and sometimes, it seems that the machine had done the job on its own: we have to be careful about that). Then, most of the time, I photograph parts of my traditionally-done works, and computer-art gives the opportunity to go further, to discover some feelings and emotions which would have remained hidden behind the paper.
"It is a new way to walk new roads of human soul."
